Championship Athletics
Over the past 15 years, the athletics landscape has drastically shifted at TFS, as teams are regularly vying for region/area championships and multiple teams have won state and national titles as well. Dozens of individuals have earned state championships, and well north of 100 student-athletes have competed at the college level or higher. The ‘Golden Era’ of TFS athletics is here, and that era has no end in sight.
Tallulah Falls School fields 40-plus teams in 14 sports, and competes in the Georgia Independent Athletic Association (GIAA) in high school, and the Tri-State Middle School Conference. Middle school volleyball competes in the North Georgia League, and middle school tennis competes in the Southern Mountain League.
TFS competes in baseball, basketball, bass fishing, cheerleading, cross country, equestrian, eSports, golf, one act, precision rifle, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, track & field, and volleyball.
The mission of TFS athletics is to develop GREAT character, competence, and competitiveness, to host GREAT events, and to create a Season of Significance. GREAT character evidenced through behavior and performance (stamina, speed, strength, skill, and strategy) will determine our success! TFS Athletics Website
