One of the best things about family is food. We have excellent food at Tallulah Falls School. We offer a variety of options.
There is a salad bar. There's a sandwich bar, and then there's usually a hot entree every day, and vegetables and fruit to go with that. I know for borders, they have, you know, a breakfast bar. And then there are gluten free options and vegetarian options.
They have this board-- that says [INAUDIBLE] dining services, and it has what does the food contain and what does not contain.
Students who a lot of different dietary needs, they address it, whether it's particularly allergy, whether it's something that they need in their diet. And we have chefs that really meet the needs of our students.
While you're making your lunch, you know, they're dining hall staff all around all the time. And so they're always just sort of they're helping, cleaning up, getting more food, if you need it-- But they're all super great people, and I love interacting with all of them.
We have an international week, where we share let the students share their home. They bring a piece of family through their food. They share it with us. We try to cook some family recipes. We try to share their culture.
The dining services prepare a variety of meals. Sone day with me cook Serbian food. They may cook me bahamian food, also gives us a taste of other peoples, who we're living with, cultures.
And that's very enriching to have a prep experience, where you're learning about a place that you've never been in and maybe will travel to one day.
