Hi, I'm Madison Dampier welcoming you to our state-of-the-art natatorium built in 2021. As you can see, we have our "Walk of Honor." Now let's head on in.
As the grand staircase welcomes you in on this level, we have plenty of lobby space for spectators to relax while the meet is going on and for students to relax after school and do their homework. We also have the state-of-the-art technology for spectators to see whatever is going on in the pool, wherever in the building. You can take the staircase or we can take the elevator to go upstairs.
Now that we're on this level, on the left, we have our Tribe Cafe where we hold banquets and end of the year team events. And over here we have our Legacy Lanes for the next level swimmers.
Whether it's college or even the Olympics, there's also more lobby area on the second level. And I want to show you something that I'm very excited about. This is our VIP suite, where our President and Head of School Dr. Peevy likes to welcome visitors to watch the swim meets. Wow, look at that view!
Now that we've left the VIP suite, let's check out the spectator area. This is our spectator area which holds up to 240 people. It also has climate control to keep you feeling comfortable. Look at the view!
From here, you can see our upper and lower viewing area where we invite our visiting team to hang out. They also have charging stations and exercise equipment. As a swimmer here at TFS, my favorite part is before let's go check it out. Now that we're back on the first floor, let's go in through the swimmers entrance.
Here we have our 10-lane competition pool, our state-of-the-art timing system, starting blocks, and video board. We have many activities here including PE classes, scuba, floating yoga, water polo, and synchronized swimming. We also offer our USA year round team and our summer league team. But most importantly, our TFS team of which we have middle school and varsity level swimmers where we like to compete at state championship meets, individually and as a team. Take it from me Madison and come see the TFS Natatorium for yourself!
